  1. The trademarks/logos displayed on our website are the properties of their respective owners or companies.

  2. The drinks sold by us such as Wine and Champagne (Sparkling Wine) are Non-Alcoholic.

  3. Refusing Right: RakhiToUK24x7.com reserves the authority to refuse the delivery of any order without any prior information to the customers, but in such cases the entire amount will be paid back to them.

  4. Octroi charges, if any, will be paid by the consignee as it might be applicable in the state of the recipient.

  5. The prices of the items in our website exclude delivery charges as it is done FREE of cost. We require extra charges for delivery of perishable products which is beyond the city limit or in villages. The link for paying extra charge, if any, will be sent to the customer for his/her payment. Until we receive an acknowledgement from our customerís end, we will keep the order on hold for 5 days exceeding which the order will get cancelled and the money will be refunded. The customer would be notified about the cancellation via mail.

  6. We consider orders, including those for Midnight, placed after 4 P.M. IST to be the orders for the next day though we try our best to deliver that order on the same day. We highly appreciate a phone call from the recipient or customer after such urgent delivery is completed.

  7. Though we guarantee our customers of delivery on a specific date but we do not guarantee them of a particular time. We make our best efforts to deliver gifts on the time specified by our customer and process orders as soon as they are placed but time assurance can still not be given.

  8. The bakeries make ready fresh Cakes by 10.30 A.M. Thus it is possible for us to deliver cakes only after 11 a.m. Under some circumstances, if our customers request us to store the cake and deliver it in the next morning, we can do it but it is advised not to do so.

  9. The cost of the products subjected to MRP restrictions are sold on our website after incorporating the charges for our service, delivery and online transaction which are not shown separately due to technical restrictions. We hope it to be understood.

  10. The product quality entirely depends upon the goods delivered to us by the brand owners. So, if you are dissatisfied with the product, you may lodge a complaint about it through us.

  11. We try our best to deliver the products as displayed in our site, but due to certain unavoidable reasons, which are beyond our control, the arrangement may vary from what has been shown.

  12. If the ordered products are not available locally, then we make the delivery of similar products of same value from a renowned name, keeping the quality in mind.

  13. Our delivery time depends entirely upon the destination or location. Deliveries to the metropolitan cities are done on the same day while to major cities excluding the metropolitan cities are done within two business days. For other locations, three business days are required for delivery.

  14. All claims are answerable under the authority of local court of Kolkata in India.

  15. If a customer wants to cancel an order, he/she has to do it at least 24 hours before the shipment or the date of delivery. In such cases, for the purpose of processing of credit card, 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted.

  16. The right to cancel any order, without any given reason, is reserved by the owner of the website.

  17. All products (except perishable items), if broken/damaged during shipping will be accepted back & redelivered or refunded, as the case may be, by us, if a complaint is lodged by the customer within 12hrs of receipt of items. In no other case we will accept the return.

  18. If due to certain unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to complete the delivery, then we assure you to pay back the entire amount.

  19. Other than the 100% money back claim, any other claim, under any circumstances, would not be entertained if not made within 24 hours of delivery or non-delivery.

  20. If a customer wants to place a complaint against the quality of the delivered product or a wrong delivery, then he/she is requested to do it within 48 hours providing an image of the delivered product. Basing upon the complaint made, the refund or re-delivery will be made but the entire decision is shouldered by the proprietor of the website.

  21. All Rakhi orders will be delivered at the earliest irrespective of delivery date chosen.

  22. For deliveries at Hostel, Hotels & Hospitals address, POD signed at the reception or by security personnel will be a valid proof of delivery. Though we try to get the sign of the actually intended recipient but at these places, due to reasons beyond our control, we cannot assure it.

  23. We are despatching all consignements as per your orders & we shall not be responsible for any clearance at respective Countries Customs Counter. It has to be done at you end.
