  1. For what conditions will the money be refunded?

    Money is refunded to the customer for the following reasons:

    1. Order cancellation upon customerís request

      In order to cancel the order, a customer needs to click on to Contact Us

      The refund percentage varies depending upon the following reasons:

      Refund Percentage Conditions

      100%

      When our supplier has not been ordered for any item and the credit card has not been charged.

      90%

      When our supplier has not been ordered for any item but the credit card has been charged.

      30%

      When our supplier has already been ordered for item.

      0%

      When the ordered item is taken away from our store/office for delivery.

    2. If the recipient is dissatisfied with the delivered product

      If the recipient is not happy with our delivered products then we assure 100% money back to the buyer. We maintain our guarantee upon the following aspects:
      Upon delivery, the recipient instantly declines to accept it and revert it in intact condition to the address mentioned in the Delivery Order.

      AND

      Pointing out the reasons of dissatisfaction, the customer mails us mentioning the Transaction Id along with the name of the sender and the recipient. We value our customerís feedback as it helps us improve our products and services.

    3. Unavailability of the color chosen or gift type

      When the gift type or color of products chosen by the customer is unavailable in our store (due to shortage in supply) at that definite time and we are unable to fulfill the order within the time as specified, then we inform our customer about it and provide him/her a cent percent refund of money.

    4. Destination of delivery is beyond our reach

      We also refund money when the area of the recipient is not enlisted in our specified locations of delivery and is beyond our coverage or is inaccessible due to certain reasons.

  2. How is the money refunded?

    As and when the criterions cited above are met, refund will be carried out within 3 days. The customer will be notified about the refund via a mail. This notification must be kept safe to check it against the monthly credit card bill.
